"Just when she met the man of her dreams, along came her husband to ruin everything."
After 20 years of absence, Jjaks returns to his hometown to attend his brother Sam's wedding. The bride, Freddie, is forced to marry Sam by the local mob boss. When she sees Jjaks she falls in love with him. She persuades him to flee with her and steal a large sum of money from Sam.

A less good film with Keanu Reeves and Cameron Diaz. The characters are so unlikable and stupid that I didn't care much for them. They are so stupid that they forget the key in their car, and then steal another car instead of breaking the window... 
In any case, it's a nonsensical and at times violent comedy (although there weren't many laughs in it), that goes nowhere, like a headless chicken. Busted!

I have always thought this was a great film, the chemistry between Diaz and Reeves is plentiful and Diaz was incredibly sexy after Head above Water. No, I like watching this movie.

4th film of the Cameron Diaz marathon!
Also on my list for a long time, but unfortunately the least so far! The cast does a nice job, especially Diaz and Reeves (a sweetheart and hottie), but the story is not very interesting. I had hoped for a completely different twist. Really a bit of a road movie where they flee together from his brother's criminal gang. Unfortunately. It will be a different approach where the brothers are more likely to cheat on each other. A nice twist that Diaz turns out not to actually be dead.
Nice to see once, but not worth repeating.
