Lieder Klingen am Lago Maggiore plot

Since the fateful accident of his wife Sonja, singer Eric has been living withdrawn with his 14-year-old son at the Lagio Maggiore. His manager wants him to live out his contract, but Eric doesn't want to start. When the manager meets Eva Keller, a journalist who resembles his late wife, he gets the idea to send her to Eric to convince him to fulfill his contract after all.
