"Let the hunt begin."

Definitely not a bad film, it was quite nicely done.
I wasn't disappointed with the acting and the effects were okay.
The story was quite nice and the atmosphere was also nicely done.

Top shelf rubbish from a very ugly IKEA cupboard.
Okay, the witch (Buring) was still sexy, but oh dear, the acting was terrible (Speleers was okay) and the special effects were awful. I usually enjoy these kinds of movies (most recently, Season of the Witch), but here's my advice: steer clear!

Newly crowned King Malachy [Luke Goss] discovers, thanks to a witch hunter [Simon Thorp], that his people are the target of a witch invasion led by the Red Queen [Sarah Douglas] and assembles troops to track her down and destroy her.
