"There's one in every family."
Al Donnelly is a successful politician; and he battles a fierce campaign with his competitor Tracy. Unfortunately, she has found his weak spot: his younger brother Mike, a fat gym teacher and imbecile. Mike, on the other hand, wants nothing but the respect of his older brother. Unfortunately, he mainly makes fun of his brother, and he orders his sidekick Steve to keep Mike under control a bit. This turns out not to be so simple.
