"Three cheers for the college where everybody majors in fun!"
The girls' school Mar Brynn tries to recruit more students by fooling the boys' school Quinceton. In revenge, the boys decide to send one of them, Bob Sheppard (Johnny Downs), dressed as a girl to Mar Brynn in order to provoke a small scandal. However, Bob falls in love with Virginia (Frances Langford), a cock-of-the-mill, and finds himself in a difficult situation: how can he take revenge for Quinceton without losing his girl, especially now that Quinceton has learned of his relationship and decides to send him some reinforcements.
