"The gun-hot facts! The final hours! The murderous terror that tops them all!"
Kennedy's gang frees bandits from prison. Without a cloth covering their faces, they are forced to rob banks, etc. Once the price on their head is high enough, they are shot and the reward is collected. Dan Barton, a detective, must put an end to these practices.
