"It's a real Leslie Gore Fest!"

It's been 70 years since Jacob Burkitt killed his entire family, casting a dark shadow on the Pennsylvania town of Monessen. Now that Sara's friends have decided to make her 18th birthday a night to remember, they throw her a surprise party at the allegedly haunted Burkitt Manor. But when her friends build the party, "evil" in the house wakes up and tries to kill her friends. Does Sara have what it takes to save her friends from certain death or will they too become victims of the horrors of Burkitt Manor?
