"Heroes don't come any bigger."
John Henry Irons designs dangerous weapons for the military. When he gives a performance to a female senator one day, it turns into a fiasco. The politician is killed and his colleague Susan Sparks is paralyzed for life. Though innocent, John decides to resign and return to his hometown in the Bronx. But there he comes to the conclusion that the secret weapons are being sold by someone on the black market. Together with his friend 'Uncle Joe' he does everything he can to stop the criminals.

A childish cross between Robocop and Batman in an anything but exciting adventure. Shaquile O'Neal may be a great basketball player, but he will never become a celebrated actor. Kenneth Johnson based the unexciting screenplay on the DC Comics comic.
