The Brainsucker plot

At the trial of a drifter, a mad scientist agrees with the jury to use him as a guinea pig in exchange for his freedom. This procedure initially appears to be a success, but there is one major side effect: the man has developed an insatiable appetite for human brains. He scours the city streets with a homemade screwdriver in search of the gray matter of the local residents.
