The Waning Sex plot
The lawyer Nina Duane has to spend a lot of time to be accepted by the chauvinistic 'old boys network' in the legal world. This to the annoyance of the local District Attorney Phillip Barry. Nina skillfully manages to acquit the flirtatious widow Mary Booth, who was accused of killing her husband. Barry is impressed by Nina's approach and falls in love with her.
