"What could possibly go wrong in 4 days?"
Ska is the leader of a street gang. He leads a harsh, violent life, surrounded by rival gangs and the police. But Ska doesn't like this life anymore. He wants more. Especially when he meets Stacey, a rich kid who is disgusted by her parents and her wealthy environment. Encouraged by her, Ska takes up the gauntlet and frees his sister from the clutches of gangster boss Ryder, who uses her as a call girl. Ryder, however, wants revenge. At a big rock concert, a very bloody confrontation comes between the "Queen City Rocker" and Ryder's gang.
