The Iron Sheriff plot
"The whole town crawled under his gun..."
Sheriff Sam Galt's son is on trial for the murder of a stagecoach driver. The sheriff desperately searches for clues that may lead to the real culprit. But the only traces he finds seem to point to his son as the perpetrator again. Convinced that the sheriff wants to free his son, the town's residents want to see the boy hang before it's too late. As the trial progresses, it becomes clear that the noose for the son is getting closer and closer.
