"BLAZING DRAMA OF SIX-GUN JUSTICE!"
John Clark and his deaf partner Bootch Collum are followed by Marshall Lamar Bly who thinks they are part of "The Kootney Kid" gang. This gang robbed the stagecoach. The gang attacks Clark and Collum and the Marshall helps the two out, but is injured himself. He is taken to a Mexican camp to recover. He authorizes John to chase the gang. Meanwhile, "The Kid" has his eye on a ranch that he wants to own because of oil and he has received a letter stating that Everett Tarkington Clark has the rights to the land. "The Kid" pretends to be this person. What he doesn't know is that Everett Tarkington Clark is the real name of John Clark, his pursuer.
