Pretty good; I certainly didn't expect a 3.5* rating. A thriller about a rural village in a psychotic stupor after a brief earthquake. Towards the end, a conspiracy theory about testing chemical weapons on its own citizens emerges, but I found the gloomy and somber atmosphere strongly crafted, without it becoming expository. It reminded me somewhat of the atmosphere in Shyamalan's films. Personally, I'm also a fan of films with bad endings, and that's definitely the case here. If the whole film has some bizarre scenes, what can you say about that ending...
