Aboard the most heavily guarded plane in the world - the presidential plane - President Marshall, his wife, daughter and an army of top officials are on their way home. They have barely taken off when the plane is hijacked by radical communists led by the ruthless terrorist Korshunov. If the imprisoned dictator of his country is not released, Korshunov will kill the passengers one by one. The most secure man in the world must now take responsibility for the safety of everyone on board and for the future of a free world.

The last time I had seen this film was in 2014, now I rewatched it again in 2022 this time on Blu-ray and this remains a wonderful spectacle film!
Good roles also for the family and Harrison Ford and the bad guys, plenty of fun and excitement and also a bit sentimental with the family.
When you think it's over, they have to survive again with all the problems on the plane.
Everything a film should have is included here, but when I watch the movie ''Con Air'' for example, it is a bit harder and more action, but you can't really compare them.
Therefore this film 4.5 stars!

Air Force One
Thrilling action/thriller with plenty going on. It's all quite unrealistic, but if you can see through it, this is definitely a fun 2 hour film with some tension and action.
