Video feed, that's what we used to call such films in the VHS era. Action movies that you forgot as soon as the credits roll. By that criterion, this pumped-up Hunt For Red October clone isn't that bad after all. An excess of mediocre CGI almost kills the first half of the film, but the very entertaining or ridiculous plot and a number of nice action scenes then offer reasonable resistance. The cast can also get on with it, although no one here really delivers memorable work. In short, this one would have done well in the video store at the time.

Pretty nice movie to watch.
