Urgan, l'Enfant de l'Himalaya plot

The Nubra Valley in Ladakh, north of the Himalayas. Traditions say that the youngest son of a family becomes a Buddhist priest or lama. Urgan is nine years old and will be leaving his village for the first time. Together with his cousin ten years older, a day-long hike follows over a 5000 meter high mountain, in search of the monastery where he will be trained.
