"Blonde Bait...In a Murder Trap!"
Detective Scott Harper is frustrated and angry that he keeps failing to get a promotion. He is always passed over in the position of police lieutenant. Scott, meanwhile, has been tasked with gaining the trust of attractive blonde Holly Taylor. Holly is the girlfriend of the mobster Barney. Barney is suspected of stealing diamonds and manslaughter. However, both fall in love and want to kill Barney, only to continue with his illegally obtained large fortune.
