The Truth about Murder plot

William Ames 'Bill' Crane is charged with murder after his wife Marsha, a photographer, is found dead in her photo studio. District Attorney Lester Ashton is determined to prosecute Bill, but Lester runs into trouble when his bold girlfriend, attorney Christine Allen, is convinced of Bill's innocence and wants to defend him. Using a lie detector, Christine sets out to prove Bill isn't the killer. Can the love between Lester and Christine hold up under all the pressure?
