Mesto Vstrechi Izmenit Nelzya plot
After World War II, the young officer Volodya Sharapov returns to Moscow to work for the local police. He comes to work under Gleb Zheglov, the head of the organized crime department. Their main objective is to round up the gang 'Chernaya Koshka', or 'The Black Cat', who are terrorizing the city. Sharapov is put in the gang as an infiltrator.
