Entertaining film due to the many action scenes. The ones in Amsterdam in particular were recorded on location and you can see that immediately. Make good use of the canals, narrow streets and bridges to create original action scenes. The humor is unfortunately very annoying, Reynolds and Jackson have little chemistry, I suspect that in almost all scenes the gentlemen do not act next to each other, but that it was recorded separately due to budget, that must have played a role. What is also striking is that the film is very rude in terms of violence and statements, never a bad quality of an action film.

It's a shame that the scenes in The Hague were clearly shot in some Eastern Bloc city, because the houses, public transport, roads, including Los Angeles River-like race track, don't feel like The Hague or Dutch at all. Those few ministry buildings in the center of The Hague, which have been digitally mounted in the background all the time to make us believe that we are really in the Hofstad, are transparent. But hey, the movie looks nice, lots of clumsy action, I've seen them worse.
