1732 Høtten plot

The inhabitants of a small town in Norway are confronted with sexual abuse and murder when a young girl with Down syndrome is raped and murdered. Two brothers who live in the town are suspected. One of them is found in the river and the other brother is missing. Someone from Oslo comes to town to conduct an investigation. When confronted with a total lack of cooperation from the residents to solve the murder, he discovers how dangerous that small-town mentality can be.
