Wes Merritt and his daughter Natalie get a fantastic deal on the purchase of a house once owned by the old lady Mrs. Ashboro and her cat Margaret, who passed away on the same day as her owner. Wes and Natalie are kings until they discover all kinds of strange things in the house. Natalie slowly begins to believe that Margaret is still in the house.
