Go-Con! Japanese Love Culture plot

Three boys continuously organize go-cons in a restaurant where they always invite four girls and a fourth, wimpy boy against whom they stand out better. The kitchen staff join in by betting on which boy and girl will be dating each other that evening. When an ex of one of the boys shows up at a go-con on Christmas Eve and the other girls turn out to be no strangers either, the evening takes an unexpected turn.
