Entire tribes reportedly swooned at the sight of the series. I can't judge that, because I've only seen a few episodes, but I can't imagine that people think the film is so great. A wafer-thin story, which in addition lasts about 2½ hours. And the beauty of the women is also not easy, although Kristin Davis looks quite nice. Not for me, but I'm afraid I'm not part of the target audience. Two stars for a handful of fun moments.

As a guy (nota bene) quite a big fan of the series, who are excellent examples of screen and copywriting. By the way, whole teams were working on it. The great thing was being able to put down the often 3-4 storylines in half an hour. That dynamic does not apply to the film. Then other laws will apply. For example, I couldn't imagine Seinfeld The Movie either. Still brave to start with the wedding troubles. Keep in mind that men can learn quite a bit from it. We'll never quite understand the fuzz of a full battle dress wedding with the associated getut, and Carrie could have taken "the morning of" the trouble of putting a heart to ashes
