What a lovely lady that Katherine Heigl is.
I thought the drunk bar scene was a bit rude, but the movie was definitely very entertaining. Also for men!

“What about you? You don't have any needs?”
“No. I'm Jesus.”
Great rom com. Heigl is finally really in her place, and her energetic and inspired playing ensures that 27 Dresses remains enjoyable. This is also due to the interaction with the other actors. Especially the chemistry between Heigl and Marsden is strong, and you wish Jane to finally put on that wedding dress herself. You take it for granted that the film is too long and predictable.

Heigl.
Obviously one of the nastiest actresses to work with, but then you expect a name that can deliver truly amazing performances. In Heigl's case, that's really not the case. She does it absolutely right, but the stories you hear about her make the expectations much higher.
27 Dresses fits right into the romcom category. It therefore meets almost all requirements and Fletcher occasionally tries to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, they only regularly forget the shovel itself, because the fact with twenty-seven dresses is too easily pushed to the background to push the more familiar elements to the front.
Sometimes there are a number of scenes that do remarkably well in terms of romance, but the film knows too little to justify the too predictable course. Perhaps there is a need for it, but this film seems to me to be more like a film that seems to aim a little higher. The somewhat disappointing ending also disappointed me. A little more humanity and focus on the concept of the title could have helped the film quite a bit in my opinion.
