In 2002, an Afghan taxi driver was found dead at the US military air base at Bagram. An investigation revealed that he was tortured by his interrogators, American soldiers. The documentary reconstructs this incident, criticizing US interrogation policies at military bases such as Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib.
