Mace and Cindel Towani are lost on Endor's moon. Their parents have been kidnapped by Gorax, a giant monster, and Wicket and the other Ewoks are the only ones who can help Mace and Cindel save them. At first Mace doesn't trust the Ewoks, but luckily his four-year-old sister Cindel can change his mind.

Terrible youth film with terrible actors and terribly scary teddy bears. No wonder the Ewoks, which meant money for George Lucas anyway since now there was also a reason to attract children to Star Wars, also got a spin-off with if I'm correct two films. This is numero uno.
The family and friendship message is however so rammed down the throat that I got scared. Fortunately there is still room for a variety of nice creatures besides those scary teddy bears with yellow teeth. That makes it still digestible. With a lot of effort 1.5*.

Unreadable, and never seen before so no points because of nostalgia. Occasionally recognizable music (the tune from Return of the Jedi) and the Ewoks are cute, but otherwise a children's film par excellence. Not exciting, badly acted and viscously slow. 1.0*.
