"YOU NAME THE KILLER!...Join the thousand men on the warship who saw Duval die!"
Lt. Tom Randolph is one of a group of naval officers trapped on his ship when a murder is committed. The victim was installing parts of a new electrical control device, making anyone who came into contact with him suspicious. Or as a murderer, or as a spy, or both. When multiple murders are committed, Lt. Randolph takes matters into his own hands and sets out to find the culprit.
