Meng Gui Cha Guan plot
During the Chinese Halloween, the ghosts are given the opportunity to awaken. Held in the cellblock of a police station, petty thief Ming accidentally summons a vampire. Ming is bitten and also turns into a vampire. In his attempt to escape from the police station, he is caught by officers King and Meng. After it slowly becomes clear to the agents what is going on, they decide to go hunting for the vampire.
