Wilbur Hoolihan (Lou Costello) is a taxi driver who accidentally kills a horse. The horse belonged to a young lady who expects her own racehorse to appear at the racetrack. Wilbur and his friend Grover Mockridge (Bud Abbott) therefore do everything they can to organize a replacement horse.
