Kamel is a hit man who gets his assignments via the internet. After every assignment he changes his mind by calling the hooker Souad. She is unreachable because she does not have a mobile phone of her own. As a result, when Kamel wants to reach Souad, first Kenza, a traffic cop who lends her cell phone to third parties for a fee, is on the line. The more he calls Souad, the more Kamel is tempted to meet Kenza.
