"Attitude meets espionage."
When the Switchblade, the prototype of the US Air Force's most sophisticated Stealth fighter jet, is stolen, one of the CIA's top spies, Alex Scott, is called upon. What he does not expect, however, is that his partner will be a stubborn citizen, the boxing champion Kelly Robinson. Together they must complete a dangerous top secret espionage mission. Their assignment: Using a mixture of skill and humor, they must capture Arnold Gundars, one of the world's most successful illegal arms dealers, and thwart his nefarious plans for the plane.

Mediocre movie.
The idea is reasonable, but all too poorly developed. The story isn't really that engaging, so what they're working towards throughout the movie is actually just pretty boring to watch.
In itself a missed opportunity, because Wilson and Murphy are quite nice in this film. Enough funny moments between these two.
The decoration attempt is the pinnacle of that in my opinion.
However, that doesn't help save this film from total temperance. They want to be hip with all those wannabe James Bond gadgets, but it doesn't work.
Mediocre film, despite Wilson and Murphy.
