After less than 24 hours it turns out to be difficult to recall this film because there is really nothing memorable about it. All standard bite-swallow comedy where you still wonder if anyone even dares to work on this. It's not really that bad but there are so many of these kinds of stories done in such a way that you see every uninspired joke coming from afar and even a comedian like Williams can't even make it fun. Of its kind, this is just another one that can start to collect dust on the pile.

Oh yes, I do know, "it's just Hollywood", the makers of this want nothing more than to offer me an hour and a half of light entertainment, and I shouldn't take it all so seriously, but this film strikes me on all fronts. hair in. I don't know which I find worse: the obviousness with which Robin Williams' character takes the right to determine how things should go in other people's lives, the ease with which John Krasinski allows himself to be leaning on all that, or the repulsive plastic appearance. by Mandy Moore. Aside from the extremely satisfying right hand that Krasinski hands out to Williams I've only laughed at the definitely creepy robot babies; If I could give a negative star rating for the rest of this disgusting movie, I gave them all five.

Pretty bland.

It is that Krasinski and Williams are still doing well, and half the cast of The Office will show up for a while. A decent joke here and there, but far too little to call it a really good film. In any case, there are very few of those pre-marriage comedies that are really worth the effort.

Very predictable and weekday movie. Very light-hearted first hour, a bit of drama afterwards and of course a positive closing. In any case, Williams' whole plan was super thick, Kwapis hardly makes any effort to hide it.

Moore is pretty lousy in her role and the drama that creeps in in the second half definitely shouldn't have been necessary. Those few witty jokes left and right make it somewhat portable, but otherwise a very interchangeable comedy. One that will soon be forgotten.
