"Live your truth"

25 years after Paris is Burning, this documentary dives back into the world of 'voguing' in New York's Kiki scene, where competitions between different transgender vogue associations require leadership, hours of rehearsal and precise acts. We follow seven black transsexual people in vibrant New York, each with their own specific past, sexual identity and in different phases of their transition process. They experience many setbacks, prejudice and violence, but what unites them all is their love for vogueing.
