Been a while since I've seen this one. (which was also my first Van Damme) I didn't really like it much. It was all a bit boring. Not much really happened in there. The only thing that was fun was how you could see what it's like in prison.

Really great movie! this is how a film should be and today's films can no longer compete,
I'm going to watch it again because I recorded it yesterday. then fast forward to the commercials. I've seen this movie more than 10 times and it's still very good. The 70's, 80's, 90's were a great time for movies. good actors, no animations and fast images but just everything pure!!

Childhood sentiment, Death Warrant was a really entertaining movie as a teenager. I completely empathized with the other characters, especially with 'The Priest'. What a pity he died.
And now the film is still good to me. This is mainly due to the pleasant gray/dark 80s/90s (prison) atmosphere. I also quite like the story, and some entertaining fight scenes with Van Damme.
