Psychopathic mobster Nico (Peter Falk) gets a kick out of seeing an old bum suddenly die. He is therefore determined to stage the ultimate kick himself and sends his henchmen to find a suitable victim. When a boy delivers an order during one of their wild parties, he falls victim to the gangsters. When the victim's brother learns of his brother's death, he does everything he can to avenge him.
