Awake plot
"Every year, one in 700 people wake up during surgery."
The film tells the story of Clay, a man who is a victim of conscious anesthesia, that is, fully conscious but paralyzed during an operation. This traumatic experience has major consequences for his further life and that of his young wife, who also has her own problems.

An original fact. The script and the elaboration were perhaps not quite optimal (in my opinion a bit messy and therefore losing some tension), but I did find the story fascinating, with a mysterious atmosphere at times.

Nice thriller in which a rich young man gets a new heart, but during the operation the anesthetic turns out to be ineffective. An entertaining plot with plenty of good twists and that is also reasonably well put together. The film looks stylish and Jessica Alba is of course also fun to watch. Just a bit of a shame that the non-working anesthetic is not important for the course of the plot.

Strong and exciting film that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Anyway, I always think it's a plus when a beautiful woman plays in a movie..... Alba so, but the movie itself is also well written, not predictable and there is a good twist in it.
Acting by the cast is also excellent ...... recommended for the thriller lover.
