"WHERE THERE'S HOPE...THERE'S LIFE AND LAUGHTER!"

Jim Taylor is an honest novice in politics who has to deal with a group of corrupt Louisiana politicians. He devises a plan to accuse them of bribery. Jim's friendly adviser is Senator Oliver P. Loganberry, whose efforts to enforce justice have often gotten him into trouble.
