Clive 'Bex' Bissell is a typical London working class hero; rose from a bad environment to a real estate agent and a happy husband and father. However, his real heart lies in leading his band of hooligans who seize football matches to start riots. On weekends, Bex leads his 'Inter City Crew' into conflict with other gangs. With the 1988 European Championship just around the corner, Bex has hatched a plan to team up with the rival gang leaders to form one huge hooligan group...
