Deux Ans de Vacances plot
Set in 1882, the story is about eight schoolboys from Great Britain, France and America who attend the same boarding school in New Zealand. At the invitation of the father of one of them, they make a trip on his sailing ship. After the ship has left, a part of the crew revolts, led by Pike and Forbes, two former pirates. They imprison the captain and the boys, along with the crew members who refuse to join the mutiny. The boys manage to escape, but where can they go in the middle of the high seas? To make matters worse, the ship ends up in a big storm and runs aground on the cliffs of an uninhabited island.
