In a dark part of London, an eccentric scientist has invented a powerful radiation that can destroy an entire army in seconds with a light sample. His intention is to use this incredible power for good, but his assistant Rolf Alferson has other ideas. Alferson kills the scientist by poisoning him and plans to sell the device to the highest bidder. Bulldog discovers the murder and keeps a close eye on the case. However, he finds himself in the wrong place and at the wrong time and is charged with murder by Scotland Yard.
