When an old and wealthy woman dies, she decides to leave all her possessions to the stray cat Benny, as she has lost sight of her only relative, her niece. Now that they're filthy rich, Top Cat and the rest of the gang decide to have some fun, but evil butler Snerdly has a plan to get Benny out of the way so he can get his hands on some of his money. the old woman...
