Livet är en Schlager plot
Mona Berglund named her four daughters after Swedish singers. She dreams of being in the charts with a song herself. Without those dreams, she could barely cope with her life with four children, an unemployed husband, a marriage with a grind and a busy job. Her brother persuades her to send the first song she wrote herself to the National Song Contest. To her astonishment, her song turns out to be a hit and her dream seems to come true for once in her life.
