Change of Heart plot

Speedy ad guy Jason Sinclair has made a wrong guess on the Asian stock market. He loses all his money and is heading for bankruptcy. Smart as he is, he seizes the chance to find a way out. He starts a campaign to raise money for a poor child who needs a new heart. The money pours in, but Jason's conscience starts to hurt for the first time. Moreover, he falls head over heels in love with the child's mother. Just then, his accountant embezzles the collected money and runs off to Brazil. Now he has to choose: for the girl and her mother or for himself...
