Black River plot

Exhausted science fiction author Bo Aikens flees hectic Los Angeles and heads to the picturesque town of Black River in search of peace and inspiration. He is welcomed with open arms. When he meets the talented architect Laura, he walks on cloud nine. But Bo's happiness is short-lived, because as soon as he wants to leave Black River, he finds that he can no longer leave the town.
