Frida, Naturaleza Viva plot

The film tells the story of legendary Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. In her home in Coyoacán, handicapped and confined to a wheelchair, she looks back on her very eventful life. She discusses her friendship with the exiled Russian Leon Trotsky and the painter Alfaro Siqueiros, her political activism, her lesbian love life, her exhibitions and various major setbacks.
