"One nation. Under God. Under fire. Under siege."

Popular Aiden Carvell successfully campaigns for a post as California senator. Frank Jennings is his campaign manager. He puts his heart and soul into making the campaign a success and is also fully behind Carvell's brilliant plans. The FBI creates a hitch. They instruct Jennings to retrieve a number of documents from Carvell's archive. When Jennings digs into the records, he soon comes across hard-hitting evidence of Carvell's heinous crimes and corruption.
