Mail to the Chief plot
US President A. Thornton Osgood II faces new elections. To better identify with America's youth, his associates decide he should venture onto the Internet. He soon befriends Big Jack W., who gives him valuable tips, even winning the new election. However, no one knows that Big Jack W. is a little boy until his opponents find out.
