"KING OF THE MONSTERS! KARLOFF IN HIS NEW HORROR HIT!"
A writer investigates the execution of a serial killer dubbed "The Haymarket Strangler" and begins to suspect that the wrong man was hanged twenty years ago. When the writer gets in his hands the scalpel that the killer had used, he is possessed by the killer's ghost and begins to kill.
